About Me

Sherry Fortner was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She would spend most of her life in the surrounding communities of the city. Fortner would earn her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee. She would then go on to earn her Master’s and Educational Specialist Degrees from Lincoln Memorial University. For 22 years, she was a school teacher in Tennessee and Georgia. Now she’s retired and writes romance/paranormal novels from her home in Southeast Tennessee. She spends her days with her husband Ray, five horses, four Yorkshire Terriers, a barn cat, and some chickens. Her debut novel was ‘Forever Fallen’, which was the first in her Anak Trilogy. It garnered a lot of praise from critics and fans. She would then release ‘Forever Girl’ to the same amount of acclaim. She’s currently hard at work on the third book in the trilogy, so stay tuned for updates! When she isn’t writing, Sherry loves to garden, ride around the ranch, or spend time with her grandkids and animals. She has a true passion for writing and puts everything that she has into her novels. Don’t wait to order her books by following this link!
